I've found a friend who died for me

Happy Birthday to Weiting and Kaiqi!
These 2 ppl have been an essential part of my life :)
She threw me into the deep ocean of mentoring.
He showed me the meaning of friendship.
Thank you for being part of my life :)

Exams are creeping close.
Stealthily, steadily, surely.
Stalking me.
Feeling the heat.
Yet I'm choosing to ignore it.
Is this stupidity?
Only God knows.
Literally.

Sometimes I juz feel like shutting myself out from people.
Esp. christians.
My non-christian frens make me feel comfortable.
At least they are real.
And they dont try to spiritualise everything.
Christians supposedly know wad is love.
But somtimes they think they hav the solution to every problem.
By quoting verses, saying wad they think is God's will etc.
Wad is God's will?
It is not some 'higher' way of God that we can only guess at.
A convenient way to excuse ourselves when we say we want to do God's will.
So what is God's will?
Take a look at Hebrews 10:5-10
In short, Christ's Death Fulfils God's Will
Particularly like verse 10:
'By that will (the death of Christ thru the Cross) we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
This is it.
You want to do God's will?
Believe in what Christ has done for you at the Cross.
Believe, and receive the blessings :)

It is not easy to live in the world.
Romans 12:2 is so very important.
Many a times I bring worldly values and concepts into Christianity.
No wonder obstacles pile up in front of me like mountains.

Jesus wasnt making sense when he said that the first will be the last and vice versa.
Does it mean that we purposely try to become last so as to be first?
I dont think so.
In a sense only Jesus totally fulfilled wad he said.
He was God.
He was first.
Yet for our sake he became last.
Dying at the Cross as the Sinner of sinners.
Only to be honoured again as he sits as the Father's right hand today.
Being first yet again.
Love has only 4 letters, but 4 complete books cannot fully describe Jesus' love for us!

Did I ever tell you that Christianity is illogical?

E-learning week.
Tat's y u see me here at this hour in the night.
The past week has been most eventful, with many things going on and happening ard me.
God is reli humorous, the way He leads me into the diff situations.
Oh well, wadever it may be, I pray that I keep Him in the centre of everything :)
